Agree on this, Although the cutscenes might be dragging the game out, @JNT_BA you can maybe implement that it can be skipped, but I do think when one is injured, you might be dropping with stats (No speed, no real kicking ability or catching or passing) and it can become very complex, but in such cases, then you see a cutscene of an injured player, and then you can decide if you want to take him/her off, but the risk of staying on can result into a gamestopping injury and then the sub must be made. Also the sub must be made by us as Players and not the AI.
I had Manie Libbok injured, and they put on Cobus Reinach, thats frustrating, when I know I wouldve put Sacha on because he was on the bench. So if you can maybe sort that out for us. Same with a water break etc like on Cricket 24. And then we can see into Man of the Match things, while all working on the Gameplay as well please, lets not forget

To be fair I dislocated my shoulder on the field trying to put a big hit in on a huge lock and came off second best, shoulder popped so high it blocked my view on my right side . I just knelt down and used a method I saw on tv somewhere and it popped back in lol. I kept playing and felt fine. Didn’t hurt at the time, maybe was adrenaline. Ache didn’t really set in until like 5 to 10 minutes later. So it is possible to catch fine after you’ve dislocated a shoulder can confirm 
Still - probably not recommended.
Also the more cutscenes the better imo. Madden has a huge amount that adds time to the game played but it adds to the atmosphere and the authenticity for me. Makes each game feel like a full game. Not great for arcade games though I guess.

My comeback game after a week off from that we won though. Unfortunately I came back too early probably and was carrying that shoulder a bit. Relied on my other arm and shoulder more and put myself in positions I shouldn’t have. Broke my arm that game. Shorter season that one was
I was a walking cutscene that season.

Also can you just please look at the offloading @JNT_BA , its really ridiculous at times, just look below, basically a high tackle which is not seen as one, also its a double hit,
but one still manages to get this out

Intercept from their 22, no one infront and chooses to drop goal!! This is the frustrating part that the AI is just dump in this game

lol well before this recent update it went backwards a number of times and was pretty pants. I don’t have any of the 4 big ant games I own installed anymore 
still waiting for that miracle.
Maybe it is worth trying again, patch looks like it might address some things. Quand same for R25?

Please look at big improvement on AI ability to score points, so basically attacking play and decision making. Game is not worth opening without it. Thanks

It’s normal in gaming to have option to skip cut scenes. Should be a given as some people like it or you just want to get on with the game. Hope that is a very simple fix but who knows..
The risk here is sometimes when you hit “X” to skip a cut scene you do things like mistakingly choose a 3 man lineout or a scrum for a penalty - I’ve shot myself in the foot many times
@Saulman55 I think it’s far, far better than R25 but the RL26 community acts like it’s the worst game ever. I believe it’s got features/patches we could only dream off
@JNT_BA - super niche question here - any plans to turn on/expand the game or competition player statistics? Things like “Running Metres”, “Lineout Wins”, “Jackals” etc? Any clarity on what the “AR” stat is?

Yes, well it was after it went backwards.
Not sure what it is like after the recent patch. Looks decent but too busy with Madden 26 to bother with re installing it
