So we have leagues for Bangladesh, Poland, Brazil, Belgium etc and not World Cup, EPCR, Challenge Cup nor South Africaâs Currie Cup?
And a trailer with neither NZ nor SA featured anywhere?

Quite sure those smaller comp were incredibly easier to reach and probably didnât even ask for money. On the other hand EPCR for sure asked for quite a lot. Not sure whatâs about currie cup.
The same happened in my first quick match kn PS5, then tried again and it played fine
I really wish I could be positive but this game is dreadful.

just plain deception !! With no surprise at all, this day one patch is a blatant joke. There has been better gameplay during EA, even though it was pants all the way. Since last EA patch, youâve added content for sure but have ignored all feedback and the gameplay has gone backwards, of course it was never good, not even reasonable as some might have stated, but itâs just getting worse.
-Youâve finally added rules to the game: of course they dont work. I got penalized for trying to steal the ball in a ruck⌠but it was my ball and my scrum half was just about to pass, maybe opposition tried to steal i guessâŚ
-since the first day of EA, we warned you about passing, but it still random as hell, skipping the closest player for no reason and passing to whoever.
-Last pass never reaches the winger and always goes to touch, and thatâs been reported since the beginning of EA and is still in the full release.
- Rucks: ok s you dont care about feedback and maintain your system, ok fine. But please make it work. Right now you canât contest at all, the ruck mechanic is broken. Closest players donât rush in the ruck and take to much time killing all momentum. And when it seems there finally is some momentum, rucks donât reflect it at all, this part is broken.
- rugby union tackles please !!! too many league tackles in the game.
- running and tackling angles should impact the impact. Tackles feel just scripted and dont reflect the pace nor momentum of neither the attacker nor the defender.
About content, well I guess you forgot something. The game was supposed to come out for the Wolrd Cup in France in september 2023 (yeah, feels like 2 years ago, believe me, i know)⌠yet the World Cup isnât in the game ? Oh come on, how could you miss that, but still manage to put in Bangladesh and Brazilian rugby leaguesâŚ
- no haka in the game
- no classic teams
and a lot more stuff missing or not properly working but just as during early access, I guess we just have to wait for a new roadmap and just hope they start focusing on gameplay and finally take our feedback in consideration.

Just one question: Quand 13 February ?
Rucks have to be a minigame. Relying on stats and luck for a turnover just doesnât work. You have to be able to earn a turnover. That one mechanic would actually make the game a bit more playable.

Yeah, tbh I actually just feel bad for the team. This is bad, really bad. I donât see a world in which this is something they wanted to put out tbh and I presume they just ran out of money.
Licenses etc are great (though some of the ratings are seemingly entirely random), but the actual game itself is just not fun.
I canât really be bothered giving detailed feedback again at this point, because everything has been covered in the EA threads, but Iâm not sure that there is a single part of the gameplay that is in a good place. Rucks, tackling, passing, AI etc is all just not good.
I respect the ambition, and Iâm sure everyone has worked really hard on this, but yeah⌠Sad.

Blame should go to Nacon and senior management at BA. There are no excuses for getting even the trailer wrong. Maro Itoje being fullback. How do you get that wrong. Itâs like calling a scrumhalf a dummy half. Oh wait thatâs happened.

It seems like a common denominator is fix the rucks. Not giving up on them, because the rest of the game is fairly fun, but rucks actually ruin the game at the moment. I am a big, big fan of Rugby league 3, so I do feel bad for the programming team, but it is what it is, What I donât understand, this has been said over and over and over. I donât understand, how people can even be concerned with socks, stadiums, and manger mode, etc., etc., everything else. None of that matters at this point. 110% dedication to fix the rucks to save this game.

Rucking and passing NEED improvement + game crash fixes
Rugby league live 3 passing was spot on, passes went infront of players to run onto and pass receivers moved parallel to the ball carrier. You could actually complete 2V1âs because the defender would bite in and take the ball carrier making for very satisfying trys.
Rugby league live 4 has the same sort of passing as rugby 25 were the passes are floaty and pass receivers run weird lines which literally killed rugby league live 4 and is now doing the same to rugby 25.
Rucks need to take a page from rugby challenges book, something they done well. I find myself just tackling and rucking for whole halfs with no ball possession.

I feel this gameâs rucking system needs to be similar the rugby 22. Rugby 22 was able to add multiple players if you were losing, yould actualy steal the ball, and was easy to understand.
