You could try your luck with EB games they will sometimes break street date for niche games like this, I have gotten a few games from them before released dates

I’m asking about the preorder, usually any game has to come out enter the PlayStation Store with some time before the realese, to preorder it.

#Rugby25 will be on Steam, PlayStation and Xbox digital stores from 13 February 2025.

That was tweeted by the CEO of the studio. So you can’t pre order from the consoles
