Share save data between PS5 and PC

Probably a really stupid question, but I wanted to make sure I’m out of options before I give up. I have Cricket 24 on both PS5 and PC. Is there a way i can share my save data between the two - especially career mode.

Or is it a case of two different platforms and no way of reading different data formats?

only thing that is shareable is the academy data.

Highly doubt career mode data can be transferred over. I haven’t seen this in any video game that I can think of, so I doubt it’d work.
