I ask this question Because on consoles they can play it from 19 August, but on PC we bought early access in January and we’d like to play the final version from 19 August with the Ace Edition DLC.

No answer to this, no answer to whether or not there will be major changes to the final release. I think we can all see where this is going.

It’s completely a marketing trick. They want to avoid very bad reviews from PC gamers since PC version is so bugged. So, they try to catch console gamers on more expensive version before PC reviews.
