I reckon JNT and BA are not releasing the 2025 update on PURPOSE just to annoy random people on a forum, it just has to be the case!

I mean it surely just a 2 second job

It’s not like they have to go around and get photogrammetry of all the draftees, all the SSP players that only just got finalised, get their or their manager’s approvals, the clubs approvals, the AFL’s approvals all at a busy time of the season when it’s the last thing on a club or AFL agenda… Oh and any new sponsors, jumpers, themed rounds, they just slip in there too, clubs aren’t too busy to pass on new artwork, give approvals, companies just say yes to their artwork first go, they don’t have demands about how or where their logos go…it’s a piece a P1 55!

Actually now that I think about it, it will probably come out when it’s ready to come out

People just can’t be grateful that we’re even getting a 2025 update. When else in AFL video game history have the developers released a FREE update into the THIRD year of the game being released

I don’t think it’s that simple.

The game is yet to have it’s second birthday. Season DLCs often came with a host of fixes and tweaks whereas BA have had to use their dev time matching the description on the back of the box - it’s an ordinary hand to play with.

So it’s a DLC that half the player base will whinge about, or a free roster update and more $$$ for Pro Team (and maybe development of the next one free of expectations?). Easy choice.

If it’s the same as Tippa for the Dons, then I believe it’s a Champion type.
Not sure if we can pull these from packs yet though.

Role swap - think he has 93-94 Ruck skills. Hoping for an objective for 40 hit outs in a match with a 170cm player.

Mhmm I’m very busy with Rugby and C24 at the moment. Trying to catch up on everything that’s been happening with them since I’ve been away as well, as they have ongoing updates being prepared regularly for Rugby and with work ongoing for Cricket 24 Pro Team. Still catching up on AFL stuff a little slower than I would like.

Not much for me to say on it at the moment unfortunately.
