Pro team coins (ptc) are the currency on the Auction House. You do not have to buy the coins if you don’t want to, as you can earn PTC from the players you sell on the auction house.
There is a lot of bargains as well, just got to keep an eye on Auction House.

The second comment was to your comment about management mode, in which I said there would be no major updates to management.
Yeah I’m starting to feel this way also, this 2025 “update” is pretty disrespectful to the fan base and reeks of big ant doing the least amount of work possible so they can say they “technically” delivered an update for season 2025.
@JNT_BA Regarding the unscanned first year players, how is it any different to having unscanned VFL/WAFL/SANFL players etc in the game? Not criticising you personally as I know you’re not a decision maker, but hopefully there was a reason from higher up for this?
It may be inferior compared to how great the current scans that are currently in the game, but arguably would make the game itself superior due to being up to date.

Anyone else having issues with the new management update

Just going to put it out there that AFL Evolution 2 put out a season pack as DLC… costing $15 back in 2018…
Would people be happy to pay that again though? We did get the 2024 update for free.

Do you honestly think the AFL are beating off suitors for the license?
EA sell around just under 10m copies of Madden and FIFA each year, NBA 2K sells around 10m as well. AFL offers about 50k with 100k max on the table for the next ten years - we’re talking less than 1% of the revenue.
Further BA work for the AFL outside of the game itself and the Commission has repeatedly shown over the years that the franchise is a sundry interest at best. I think the persistent talk around their being competiton for the licence is dead set loopy.

The launch was a disaster.
The main selling point of the game being delayed by over a year after launch was an even bigger disaster.
The fact that only a small fraction of the initially announced legends have made it into the game, as well as the 2025 draftees not being face-scanned into the game, suggests that the AFL are not as “10000% committed” as they used to be.
After everything that’s happened in the last 2 years it would be plain naive to suggest that BA keeping the license is anywhere near a certainty.
If it were as simple as this TruBlu wouldn’t have held the license for nearly a decade.
If I had to bet on it I’d lean towards BA getting another shot, and I hope they do, but I’m not super confident.
I think seeing that the last set of patch notes released on steam were on the 10th of April 2024, makes me really think all resources are elsewhere
Re: Tru Blu, WW changed their line of business and - idle speculation - with the Nacon acquisition BA were in a better position to move in.
There’s probably a half decent story behind the scenes, not that we’ll ever find out.

To the people giving @JNT_BA a hard time I sure hope you guys aren’t over the age of 18 because I’ve never seen so much ranting and complaining over a video in quite some time this game is 2 years old now everybody should be thankful the game is still getting an update this late into a release AFL Evo had 2 season update and that was it. Be thankful that there can be a community that actually has a game. Rant and complain all you want but for god sake you guys are acting like they are 2k or Ea sports. If you think yous can do better then go and do it.
