Just sniped 2024 emerald Kyle Langford for only 609 PTC on the auction! No one decided to bid and there’s another one with 3 hours left already got people putting 6k on it, crazyyyyy.

No I was referring to player career in my original post. Try playing as a forward and taking a mark when your opponent is within 5 metres of you, genuinely impossible. The issue is only occurring in player career I feel.

Have no issues with marking in any other game mode and can jostle etc, but single player career is a no go I feel

Yeah I’ve experienced this, I’m thinking it’s because of the low rating of the player but I haven’t played around with sliders and player career too much I’ll be honest

Anyone experiencing the freeze glitch where it doesn’t go ahead to the starting Cutscene during a Cutscene on the premiership season pro team because it’s happening multiple times or is this just me (coin toss problem)

@JNT_BA I’ve lodged a ticket for this but hoping you guys can fix this asap to improve the realism of how the game plays

Kick ins need a whole lot of work.
Firstly, majority of your teammates lead INSIDE D50. I’ve never seen this happen IRL. Generally you have maybe 2-4 at most inside your D50 from a kick in. This leads me to my next point that Overload left or Right is completely useless. Because currently, you have maybe an extra 1-2 players lead to the chosen side of the ground where in comparison IRL, you have 80-90% of players on the field all on one side of the ground. Again, majority of these players are in D50 anyways.
Essentially to fix it, have 80-90% of players outside D50 and have 80-90% of players on one side of the ground when choosing overload left or right

I really wished this game came out complete with no or minimal bugs/gltiches but @DRebie is right the game needs so many more patch updates too make it like the real thing

Has anyone had problems with selecting jersey numbers in management mode after a draft? Every time I try I crash just seeing if anyone’s got the same thing before I report it,

(Waste of time making a ticket if other people got same problem and already have done that)

Has anyone put in a ticket for the overstretched logos in the academy? I would like to be able to use custom logos for my teams but I don’t really want to send in a ticket if the team already know about the issue and are trying to fix it.

They are definitely looking into it sent a ticket in sometime last week and they’ve acknowledged it

I reckon this is dependent on the tactics you’ve employed, and the opposition has employed against you. In many, probably most, matches against the AI there are free players in the pockets to kick to, and barely any of my own players in the defensive 50. Then other games the defensive 50 is packed and there’s no easy kick ins because the opposition has chosen the man on man locate tactic. So you’ve got to play the kick-ins another way. I’ve found playing on and bombing it over the packed defensive 50 to the wings to a one on one, where if you win that contest the ground opens up. If the contest is halved you can try force a stoppage (boundary throw in or ball up). Unbelievable this is like actual football.

Likewise, you never see majority of players on one side of the ground (outside the D50) like the overload tactic should be doing

Like I said, its tactic dependent. You can have conditions which sees the defensive 50 open.

where after a behind every player repositions into the middle and then runs into d50

oh and one other thing - players tend to just reset positions after a stoppage and doesnt like retain their position - as a result they just seem to sprint back to position - making the AI look awkward - like why is everyone sprinting all over the place…

The problem in 4 images

The first image is forward 50 right before a behind is kicked - you expect some players to set themselves just outside forward 50 and the forwards trying to cover off any loose players in the 50 and hell some defenders might even get back to their defensive 50s cause they are a defenders

right after the AFL logo pops up, and I guess the game resets the players’ positions into the centre, and for some stupid reason, they sprint back into the forward 50 - pretty sure this messes up the stamina of the players too

They gather in the middle right before the tactics kick in

Then they spread according to the set kickout tactic

This is just not needed - wouldn’t it be easier to like program them to retain their positions, no need to program them to reset and have them rush back into position.

Yep this exactly. When do you ever see the D50 that crowded from a kick in IRL
This and the overload left or right having little to no effect in how they set up

Free agency and trading is confusing. Can’t rebuild any tips?

Is the drafts in management mode issue where after the first draft the successive ones have increasinly low rated players with lower potentials, resulting in lower rated teams and overall just takes away from the game going to be fixed? Understand it’s most likely not where priorities currently lie but is something that I’d love to see fixed.
