That’s exactly how it turned out.
That’s insane….but it’s made me realize something. Cricket and AFL seem to be “Big Ant” games, whereas as Tennis and Rubgy seem to be “Nacon” games. Countless times Ross has said how any and all communications for Tiebreak and Rugby will have to come from Nacon, whereas Big Ant were all over the Cricket news, screens, trailers etc.

Cricket 24 is also nacon games.
Still, all of this says positive things for me. The game will be out this month. The odds of then extending an already near 6 month delay which was just for some imaging and tweaking doesn’t sound at all likely to me.

Also I remember ( part of a french forum ) that 2 weeks before release of Rugby 22, there was nothing. We thought the game would be cancelled and Nacon released the trailer.
Also bear in mind that it is more likely that RUGBY 24 will have the base of Rugby League rather than Rugby 22 which was made by Eko Software.

That would be all good though if it had the rugby league base. Big Ants title LOOKS way better than EKO’s rugby title. The mechanics though, yet to be seen. I am putting money on the trailer being premiered on the 16th of January.
Either way though the second it comes out, I am going to buy it and I am going to play it ha ha.

They are all Nacon games. The point is, Big Ant seems to be allowed to reveal, share, talk about Cricket & AFL, whereas it appears that only Nacon can share info about Tennis (and Rugby). Tennis and Rugby also have their own social media pages, whereas Cricket and AFL don’t (Big Ant is the official page for those).

I cant believe that is actually Ross Symons. Account was created in June 2023, none of the account is linked to his official social media. I think its likely its just some other guy called Ross pointing out that “the trailer should be out” because BigAnt tend to release stuff only a couple of weeks before release. Why would Ross Symons make that announcement in a YouTube comment section, rather than on an official source. Or even put it on this very FAQ page?

Ironically yes, given other games track records I think the claims should be bang on as long as theres no actual game delay. But dont think its right to just claim in a video its definitely Ross Symons, if the guy has NDA’s in place, someone claiming its your official word may result in a bit of backlash. Troll or not, let’s hope “Comment Ross” is correct and we get news soon

100% agree Dragon. IMO there is no way that is the real Ross and it’s quite ridiculous to make a video claiming that is him I enjoy his channel and have watched his content many times but think he’s wrong with this one…even if it turns out to be right.

The difference with cricket was that you could pre-order it - it also had box art. Anyone expecting Rugby out this month will be disappointed.
