Maybe as I deleted the game and re downloaded it as it said I wasn’t logged in on Friday.
The jerseys do get dirtier during normal play than in RLL4 which is a good addition but they didn’t look wet or get muddy in the only game i have seen any rain
Is that the ‘hotfix’ BA announced for non scores in the Bunker?

UK user here. Trying to play for the first time on PS5, installed game and latest update. Loads to title screen, then I press X to continue, it briefly comes up with a loading screen featuring the logos of the Broncos and Bulldogs and then crashes, saying “Something went wrong with this game or app.”
It lets me report the error to Sony, but I can’t actually play the game at all. I’ve seen a couple of people on Twitter say the same. Can this be fixed?
Since the update on Thursday my PS4 is now crashing when I scroll through stadium selection, specifically when I go past Custom stadiums. it just freezes and crashes every time.

Referee awards the try/blows the whistle twice after every try..
Cutscenes after scoring players run through the fence and advertising boards and end up in the crowd. Painful lol..
Tackle at the tryline there’s like half a dozen defenders in close proximity just watching the struggle, inactive passengers. Can’t commit 2nor 3 defenders into the tackle..
AI fullback still running the ball into touch after a punt down field, still one of the biggest annoyances after 5 iterations..

OK. I have played about 25 hours this weekend through career and conpetition mode. Every winger and centre except for the high rated ones have 73 acceleration and low sidestep when they should have the highest. As for the positions on field the left half number 6 should stand and attack on the left side of the field as they are on the right in this game and the 7 needs to attack and the defend on the right. As it has in other games. Plus the ai in career seem to have the numbers switch to compensate as i played pro teams and in that mode the halfs where on the correct side. The second rows 11 and 12 should switch sides aswell.
Career needs more stats as dally m try scores not hard to add it just copy it off 4

I keep moving Mark Sneyd down to number 35 in my Warrington squad (that’s his jersey number) but every time I press triangle to save the change and go back, he’s moved back up to 34 for some reason.
Oh, for a game where you can assign each player his own shirt number.

What would be nice is if they added “Tackled without the ball” penalties. Play yesterday and there was at least 2-3 times when I pass and the player gets tackled before the ball reaches them.

Am i the only one on xbox still not able to play pro teams??
Do you notice this only happens when you genuinely take the ball deep into the line and properly draw in a defender. It would be better if they removed the tackle without the ball completely and had a proper heads up draw and pass system in place.
Even happens randomly during a normal pass. It’s like the edge forwards speed up like crazy to tackle the intended receiver before the ball reaches them.
Other than that, I kinda wish they had a button for fending and dummy passes. I know there’s the “Up on the right stick” for fending but its mainly a bump off rather than the natural fend.

I loathe how a dummy pass always has a sidestep animation tied into the end of it wth.. why not just dummy and run straight line
And on sidestep you flick left and you’ll step right visa versa makes no sense

As of todays update if i play with custom teams (entire team of custom made players) the game instant crashes, loving the game

Easy to fix. Just time consuming. I did it and have had some great games
There also seems to be an issue with the clock it starts 39:59 and goes 39:41 when the ball is kicked might want to look into this bug

I’ve had the game for a couple days now and I still can’t sign in to play, says error. It’s like the servers are always down whenever I try. I can’t even get into the actual game and like look at the players or anything. Pretty sad paying for a game and you can’t even play it at launch . Has anyone else been getting this issue ?
This also happened in RLL4

I’m pretty diehard… ET’s Rugby League was one of the greatest things to happen to my Big League Magazine collecting, Rugby League Card cherishing youth.
I know Big Ant will turn this around… and i don’t know what’s happened since Tru Blu made the inspired decision to make no money over making money with RLL5… but if they had to rerecord all the commentary… i wonder whether other assets had to be done from scratch.
All i know is…
Tru Blu didn’t find someone cheaper…
Nacom wasnt outbid by someone richer…
And Big Ant are here… restarting the Franchise again.
If allowed… Big Ant will fix what they need to. And then future versions will build on that foundation. So I’m not conceding… I’m investing in what i believe will be…
One thing i know is Big Ant will listen… so I’m going to play what I’ve got, compile a list of what i think needs to be fixed / could be done to make it better… and looking at the bright side… Rugby League is back.
