I got an update to 4527 last night, swear its now really buggy. Anyone else on ps5?
Yeah, seemed there was two updates in quick succession for some reason?
- AI still only uses 2 subs either 1 and 2 or 1 and 4 hasn’t been fixed since launch.
- Player run meters and team run meters still don’t match it’s like certain players get doubled up run meters how can something so basic be missed out does BA not check details within a game, do they even play the game to check it over before it goes out?

I haven’t played for a few months. I’ve just updated the latest patch & now I can’t get past the log in screen. PS5.. anyone else had issues?

- 4 plays in a row the player at dummy half stands there for a few seconds then glitches then finally decides to pick the ball up lol.
- Hammer on a run gets tackled then glitches forward like the flash it was hilarious.

Headgears Have just disappeared
Jahrome Hughes Headgear was removed in game for no reason. he lit wears them all the time. HE IS KNOWN FOR HIS HEAD GEAR!! HE HAS HIS OWN VERSION!!!
Sua wears head gear all the time too. why doesnt he have it

hull fc have the 2025 shirt in career mode shilst all other teams have their 2026 shirts

when i load the game and i press X/A to continue it says awaiting sign in then just loads forever and i cant get past it i tried a couple things to fix it but its still not working, i got the game on steam/pc

100% agree with all of this. The game has a solid foundation, but these changes would take it to the next level. Copyable jerseys, more realistic and accurate kits, NSW Cup teams, custom tattoos, better animations, new tackle and kicking animations, realistic difficulty, custom headgear, and official sponsors would make the game feel much more authentic. These are exactly the kinds of updates the community has been asking for.

What makes the real NRL season feel special is that every few weeks something different is happening. When you watch Magic Round from Brisbane’s Suncorp Stadium, it feels completely different from an ANZAC Round game or an Indigenous Round clash.
The gameplay might be the same, but those presentation details are what make you feel like you’re playing through a living NRL season rather than just a list of fixtures. Hopefully future updates add more of that authenticity because the framework is there—it just needs the extra layers of immersion. 
And as a Blues supporter, I’d love to see a proper State of Origin presentation package too:

Some fans actually wearing their teams jerseys would be a start along with crowds filling non seated spots in custom stadiums along with more customisable options when making new stadiums and grounds. You almost had it right in RLL4.

- Pro team when challenging a strip successfully the game will disconnect.
- All knock-on challenges are 100% successful
- Rare occasion the Conversion UI doesnt show
Please make the A.I fullback stand back deeper. Exploit exists where if you make a break the fullback will rush breaking player and you can easily boot the ball down field and 8/10 your faster players will win the race to the ball and score.
Now off drop outs when the ai kick it long everyone runs to the try line this game just gets worse and worse still ai players over running the ball when they haven’t even played it yet and another bug ai hooker just picks it up and stands there then gets tackled then another ai gets at hooker picks it up stands there what is going on with this game I don’t get it
