There is certainly a training element to it. Depending on the career I was playing at the time, I would either just set general training for all players or in some careers very specific training for specific players who may have had some stats I would have liked to see them improve in their areas of gameplay.

no answers so i think unfortunately the mode won’t be there. i bet we’ll have a career mode. a competition mode. a quick online match mode and that’ll be it for the release
Hopefully the Online Mode is not just a Quick Match option, and that you can at least invite friends to a game.
honestly I much preferred a well done ultimate team mode with challenges and online matches and against the AI

Ultimate team was never confirmed to be in the game. Will be single matches, Play a season, Play a coach career and online.
Online will have a system where you can search for matches as well, that was confirmed by BA.

So you’re telling me that every other big ants games have my player mode but not rugby 25 ? Brother they literally copy paste RLL4 at the beginning of the EA you telling me they couldn’t add that? Seriously where are we going. I’m not even gonna talk about the fact that they try to keep our mouth shut i posted a message couple of days ago just telling i was thinking that the game wasn’t ready to have a full release rn since all the work they still had left and my post was deleted and now they made a update on console so people who got the game won’t be able to play anymore till the release date so they can’t share any information. That’s the first time i ever saw this damn that’s hard to be a rugby fan

They said there would be no player career waaaaaaay back. There was plenty of fake news going around saying there would be star players and like some “ultimate team” type thing or some nonsense lol.
The guys with the physical copies shouldn’t have them before release date tbf lol. It isn’t even in the state it is meant to be on release date. Seems reasonable for Big Ant to not want a half finished product given as a full release to people and then being broadcast to everyone.

So maybe if Big Ant communicated better and we knew where the game was going we wouldn’t pose a lot of theories about the game! Then yes, but the error does not come from those who received the game in advance, it comes from the retailers and Big Ant. I hope you like the studio and basically I love it too but let’s be serious for at least two seconds my friend
A store giving out copies early isn’t Big Ants issue lol. That is on the store.

Will have done more damage than good.
Any footage of a buggy 3 month old EA build may well turn off prospective buyers.
There’s a reason BA have restricted access to those that got a physical copy early

Indeed it is.
And it’s awful.
If the proposed day 1 patch is successful then you would hope the game is vastly improved.
Hence why they don’t want people streaming the full release physical copy when the gameplay is from an old early access build

Whilst you are right, I would say that the EA 3 months ago was a lot better and a lot more fun than the EA right now. That is not to say BA haven’t listened or added in features, of course they have. But stuff broke and stuff was taken away, which has lead to it being in a bad state right now.
