So a 6 Nations launch. I hope that they have been doing hidden work behind the scenes but tbh I’m certain at this stage what we have is what we are going to get. The timeline for this game has been oh so very strange. How I wish for earlier EA’s versus what we have now.
I was just playing a game of 25, then went onto 22 and there’s a couple things that I noticed
- You really get punished for being isolated in 22 which I think is a good thing
- The player names only show up below your player on attack and the nearest players names also show up so you know who your passing options are
- Being able to drop a kicker into the pocket is a necessity

Chose kick at goal from a penalty in my latest game and all good except that the kick was taken by the tighthead forward. He got it too.

On 19 December they said wil give a release date and more news in a couple of days. I just hope the silent is something good comming
I would like bring the developers attention to this idea again. It really is great idea.
This could solve so many issues, make the complex simple and make the game very accessible for many new fans and gamers.
Add a creation hub for this and it would be absolutely fantastic.
If it was available for all set pieces, ie lineout, scrums and penalties, as stated, then we could have a fairly complex game that could be utilised by more advanced players or simply ignored by new ones.
Again, credit to Valhalla Vagabond for the idea. Top quality in my opinion.

I asked my local stores as well, they confirmed 13 February.
But of course nothing official, but it looks positive. I can’t wait.
I think they should launch the game.
If they really are intending on releasing the game soon, then i’ll be glad i got it at the early access price. Whilst it looks fantastic, there is lack of depth. On a superficial level it is entertaining but assuming the numerous bugs are ironed out before launch, the lack of actual tactical plays, simple ability to pass flat, poor AI, inability to kick in the pocket and the very basic ruck system are going to invariably mean there the reviews are going to be bang average. The development team are not stupid, so they would be aware of this too, which probably means the money is running out.
Perhaps, if they do release it with a view to continuing updates that might work but who knows…
People complaining about the kicker being wrong and no offsides just to name a couple of complaints i’m sure you will be able to adjust this things in team management and settings and if your waiting for the perfect i would be surprised if there will be one as the rules keep changing every few months
I love what you guys are doing, i have been playing every version and i appreciate all the work so far.
But please do not rush a release.
If the rumours of feb are true, i hope you are currently playing with a version way ahead of what we currently have access to.
We still dont even have the rules of a rugby game implemented in this current version.

I have a Question on the academy
Will the teams created in early access be available in the full game and on console
Spent a lot of time making a wales 1970s squad and a London Welsh squad and would be a shame if had to do it all again
When there is a missed pass (that fall on the grownd), the AI is often broken, none of the players are actually trying to pick the ball, so it’s give a lot of “free try”.
Three things I would like.
Remove all the rugby league 4 tackles, those new animations are fire, completely remove the league tackles please.
The bump off animation too please! Can we get a new animation? Noticed it’s also from the RL game.
Passing is floaty, don’t know exactly how to fix it? But it felt way better on 08.

Hi Team.
I just discovered a bug issue with some black marks on the arms of female players if this below female player preset is used
I shared the below two on Fan Hub this evening and you can see the black marks on the back of the left arms. I have been unable to remove these.
