When im doing a manager career mode with a betfred championship team and i win the championship i can’t move into super league.

On the first day the game came out I played it on a friends PS5 and just simulated through career to see what it was like, I was offered the Blues job within one successful year of coaching.
On Xbox which is my actual console that I own I’ve never been offered the job even after winning the grand final 4 seasons in a row. I think a patch might’ve ruined that or it just isn’t available to Xbox users, four successful seasons in a row would usually result in a rep job being offered I’d think.
How can the run meter stat not be added on career mode but all the others have SMH please fix this Big Ant
Can we have auto save disabled and have the ability to simulate day-to-day? I want to have multiple saves on one playthrough like in EA games.
Two-player capability in Manager mode please. Surely it’s a simple job to make it just like the play now or competition modes in that regard.
