They posted on twitter (only on the Big Ant page but not the actual rugby25 page!?) yesterday that an update was live but didnt mention what had been updated

They did not create rugby 22. Not the same developers. And all those real logos, kits and faces cost a ton of money to secure.
I was told the following about women teams in a support ticket:
The womenās teams will be launched alongside the Womenās 6 Nations tournament! So not too far away now as the team continues roll out a few patches to respond to community feedback.

I hear your frustration; I think itās important to be mindful of how long it might take for the team to collate and prioritise all the feedback they have received and determine how best to make modifications. Iāve no idea what their working schedules are, and they deserve as much leeway with that as any other working individual would. I imagine thereās been a large influx of new voices since Thursday/Friday, myself included.
I do agree that there could be more obvious transparency as to whatās actually been done in each update, though, and I get that you want to see some action on the big stuff ASAP, but there might be small fixes that can be handled and rolled out quickly while the fundamentals are worked on in the background.
Iām coming at this from the point of view of someone that wasnāt giving feedback throughout EA so maybe my patience is a little less tested than some. I also only paid Ā£34.99 for the game.
What we can do to help is ensure that our feedback is constructive, preferably not repetitive unless absolutely necessary as weāre only adding more noise to the conversation, and continue to push for understanding of actions taken.

Yeah if youāve not been following the early access i can see how youd be less frustrated. The points that new players have mentioned have been brought up continuatlly throughout with very little to no change to the problem mentioned. None of these points are new and seem to be being ignored, that is the frustration.

I agree with you on gameplay over logos etc. But sadly for the majority that is not the case.
Latest update did nothing to gameplay. Think patch releasing tomorrow should be the one to look out for.
Unless they ignored feedback again and added new socks.

Donāt want to alarm anyone but Iām now struggling to get players to even join a ruck when spamming O since updating hahahahhah
Same here takes ages to join a ruck just spent 105 minutes defending rucks definatley no better tbh

The update would have been for Ps5. Itās the patch that came out for steam and Xbox yesterday.
PS5 is today.
Played an online match. Was winning in the second-half when my opponent paused and quit out.
Game gave me a loss on the leaderboard.
DOES ANYTHING WORK AS INTENDED ON THIS GAME?

Not sure if there is currently an issue though it seems like it from what I read here.
Normally, if you create a player, youcan assign him to a team. Alternatively if you only create the team and not the player, you first need to download the player from the community tab. You can also download a team that already has the players included.
Those are the options. If not available, then there is an issue.
You cannot currently add official players, only custom created players

When starting career to make it more realistic you should be randomly given a team instead of picking one (or maybe the option for both). i.e. starting off with a team like Brive who are in the Pro D2 and you can get offers from other clubs to go and coach those teams for a price, this could be where you could chose to stay with your club and win the top 14 if promoted or make a money move to another team like racing 92 for a higher wage. On top of this you should be let go if your managering is not good.

Salaries for teams need to be realistic, a romanian team should not have the same funds as a top 14 team like toulon. For teams in the premiership they have a salary cap of Ā£7 milliion so should be cater to them.

All the ratings donāt work whether you put 1 star or 5 stars on the fitness coach you players still get fatiguted the same amount, same for other ratings like scouts.

Signing players seems impossible, donāt know if its been worked on yet but doesnt seem use friendly, unable to give an offer higher than 150k AUD and all players dont see that as enough and you canāt fitler to their expected price range, so you get reject from all, additionally it isnt easy to understand it too well and you cant seem to sell players or add them to watch list

I see a lot of potential with manager career mode and I have high hopes and definitely seems like the most popular game mode at the moment. Would love for it to be more realistic with the suggestions above!! Keep at it, canāt wait!!!
