I just bought the full game on the Playstation store, but I can only play an exhibition with France against Australia. It skips to this option.
When will I be able to play the full game?

Is it fully downloaded? Sounds like youre playing whilst its still installing
Playing on career mode as harlequins
First game against sale sharks this is some of the AIās decisions
Prop bevan rodd takes the first penalty
Halfback takes the second
Other prop takes the third,
Theyāre down by 5 points, clock goes into the red and they kick the ball out and lose the match
Bottom right corner the player names are all Ā« PROP RIGHT Ā» etc etc, except for Joe Marler lol his name shows up lol
Also when changing my squad before a match on career mode it doesnāt change when I go into the match. Second match against Newcastle so I tried to rest the big name players and they all just started anyway lol
Release day is obviously gonna have its teething errors
Also would be nice if scrolling up when at the top of the team sheet would send you all the way to the bottom if that makes sense,
And some of the position acronyms feel a bit strange, LP, RP, LL, RL; I feel like the props should be THP and LHP and also second row sides arenāt that individualised they could just be SR or something
Also just put an unreal grubber through and the game crashed as soon as my runner picked it up and seems to be a lot of random offside penalties around ruck time both for and against the AI

The players and stadium look great. The menu music is great as always some great bangers.
The gameplay is rubbish and it will never be fixed at this rate. The positioning is awful and this is something that was fixed in EA and then completely broken with the weird pod implementation.
Itās just not a fun game, I donāt think there is any aspect of playing that makes me go ājust one more gameā.
Oh well.

When you make changes to your lineup on career mode it seems to work but reverts to the original line up once you start playing

Agree, even just being able to change a players boot colour or socks up/down. These are simple things! Also the fact some players have actual adidas rugby boots but we canāt select these for other players is just non sensical - if you can put these boots in the game why not make them widely available.
Is the community going to be enabled this week @JNT_BA ? At the minute thereās some really weird players we canāt edit and canāt download better versions for? E.g Dan Kelly is now black with dreadlocks and mike brown has a blonde mullet !ā¦

Something to potentially look into for stadium creator in Academy - while it is nice to add seated stands, can we have the option to put standing terraces in too?

Passes still behind players, Defense blitzes everything, canāt string multiple passes together, pointless having a 10 on the pitch, canāt run any moves or even use his passing skills to find space for other players. We need another patch

Rucks are awful, AI attack is awful itās one pass from scrum half every time and you canāt get the ball back unless they boot the ball out or you try intercept a pass. The game has huge potential but these things are killing it for me I reckon if the rucks were fixed the game would be so much more enjoyable
I mean thereās a LOT still very wrong, passing somehow feels worse Rucks areā¦well it was the biggest complaint in EA and nothings changed but plenty of people will say about the fundamental problems

I canāt finish a game, keeps crashing on ps5
I just got my hands on the game, and honestly, Iām bitterly disappointed. The basics are the issue. the ball doesnāt even spin correctly on some passes, I canāt kick during a break, and trying to get the ball out wide is a struggle. The gameplay feels clunky and far from smooth, and its so dissimilar to what rugby is!
I have played a lot of Rugby League Live 4, and the passing there was so much more fluid with no noticeable delay. Even Rugby 08 had better animations, and spreading the ball wide was actually doable.
On the bright side, I appreciate the licensed teams, the detailed stadiums, and the solid graphics and player creation options. But the core gameplay, which should be the heart of the game, feels like itās stuck two decades in the past.
I just wish the gameplay came first. Things like career mode, and all the licensed players, would be worth it!
The game has so much potential, but these fundamental problems are holding it back.

I must be tripping or this is an april Fools. Where do i even begin. First of all when you looking at the launching video and you see on your cinematic that itoje is a full back and marcus smith a number 8 it tells you straight away how this gonna end. How in the world can you be professional in making games and release a cinematic trailer with players at the wrong place with the wrong number. Now into the game i wouldnāt allow myself to think even in my worst nightmare that a full release could take us a large step back. Itās even worse than the last EA. I can honestly say that you have been mocking us and disrespecting us since the beginning you had two months were you choose to not communicate a single thing so plenty of time to work just to at the end donāt even bring a single new thing in the gameplay? Of course the menu, the presentation and the graphics are really good but that game is absolute garbage not even at the level of rugby 08 whoās been out for a damn 16 years itās even worst than rugby 15 weāve been giving you every thought on what you have to work and yet to see a single improvement. How can you expect people to buy this game when you treat us like that you donāt like when weāre telling the truth so you are deleting every message whoās a bit harsh but we have been more than patient since 2 years thatās a shame i donāt have any other world thanks for ruining again a rugby game cause this for sure is gonna sting at the players notations.
- running line is no longer existing all the players donāt run no support
- passing is laggy and not fluid
- tackling still the same animation since EA 2
- no offensive possibility
- no offensive positioning
- no defensive positioning
- offensive animation near to dust
- lack of diversity
- lineout still completely useless and trash
- rucking system is absolutely atrocious BEEN THE SAME SINCE EA1 YOUR JOKING.
- in game kicking is nearly impossible to make
- players at the wrong position
Have plenty to say but i think Iām done writing this was the last time for me since i understand your not listening to your fan base and choosing to like and keep the comments that being good towards you than real criticisms who could make you move forward. Really disappointed about this studio that made great things with the RLL license and you donāt even have the decency to excuse yourself to people for fooling us Iām done.

Please please focus the next update on arguably the two most critical aspects of a rugby game:
Rucking and Passing

The passing doesnāt feel right at all, too floaty, not enough time to get passes away, not enough variety of passes, the AI seemingly donāt pass at all

The player positioning is largely there but the passes arenāt coming off. If thereās a pod then there should be options to tip in, tip out and pull back to a man in the boot

The passing movement looks clunky, players donāt turn to face the pass and it looks frantic, they also run off forward rather than pausing to support play

There needs to be a way to generate quick ruck ball, a momentum system would be ideal, and this should carry into the tackling system so dominant collisions translate directly to quick ruck ball

There should be an option for quick turnovers rather than just counter rucks
Honestly the game has the makings to be great and the buy in from professional clubs on Twitter is great. But the fundamentals need work to make this game replayable and enjoyable

Do knock ons exist in this game? Iāve had about 3 blatant knock ons overlooked, Also Iām pretty sure my players live offside and itās not been called once.
Soo disappointed. So much potential.
