As likely as being possibly fake, i think it is plausible.
I don’t know how accurate the leak of the licenses are as ecpr challenge cup said they will not be a part of the game.

It would be Un Australian to leak game info and doesn’t seem to be in BigAnts M.O anyway. Add the bad grammar and spelling mistakes with a dash of amateur tone in the emails and I would say it is fake. (Hopefully didn’t just insult half of BA ha ha)

Maybe the licenses for EPCR competitions were not fully obtained in June 2023 ?
Or there were a NDA in place which didn’t allow EPCR to talk about any collaboration?
Or indeed EPCR competitions are not included and then this is a fake news
