game keeps crashing when trying to enter a proteam coach battles game
Has anyone else noticed that your team’s wingers don’t tend to drop back on the last tackle anymore, or have I somehow bumped a button that changed this setting?

They have stuffed this up with the update. Playing a 70 minute game pro mode with the new rosters 7 sets into the game there has already been 19 missed tackles and you can no longer get a quick pass away from dummy half. Hopefully there is another update sorting this out today. Just another 1 step forward 2 steps back. Still can’t play a 17 team custom comp. This is the biggest let down since the game was released.

In career mode, I’m unable to quick play the ball anywhere but the ai can? It’s very frustrating and needs to be fixed!! And on 5th tackle, wingers aren’t dropping back automatically. Lastly, the dummy half still makes bugs like not picking up the ball and the other team gathering it

Yes it has definitely gone backwards
Have other PS5 users got this issue? The pass icons above the player’s heads, when you hold down L/R1 are tiny. Especially compared to other players I’ve seen on PC or Xbox on YouTube. I tried sending a screenshot to big ant but it’s kinda hard to play one handed while taking the pic!
Yeah the markers are too small I reckon.
Don’t understand how they released the patch notes on X saying there are new 2026 kits when Wigan and Hull FC/KR all have last year’s kits, there may be others I haven’t spotted yet too.
Not sure if its a new addition or not, but I had the same issue and saw a new ‘quick play the ball’ option in the controller settings. For PS5, you double tap the L2 button and they play the ball quicker.
Hey I was just playing some quick play games and wanted to play at Mudgee as I’ve played it before in the management mode.
Then I came to realise that it is only available in management mode could this please be fixed.
I also noticed its is the same with polytec stadium is available in management but not quick play.
Another update this morning but no explanation about what’s been fixed or changed!
Does anyone else get an issue where you set the difficulty to custom in career mode, but in game it goes to rookie?

Please remove the short kick offs 2 player games are now pointless you score they short kick offs 9/10 get the ball and score it’s made it pointless and boring to play
I contacted Big Ant about the missing Super League 2026 kits, referee kits, pitch markings, sideline sponsors and renaming the St Helens Stadium and was just told that it’s all
“not something we here at the support team can answer as there are certain licensing restrictions we must comply with at this time.”
Why make a game if you can’t polish it off properly to help create decent immersion?
Who created the original kits? Why are they unable to all of a sudden?

Yes very frustrating
Had to do a new copy custom setting after the update and then was able to apply. Take a picture and redo the custom setting, I redid as custom setting 2 and erased the other custom settings, and I was able to apply. Although I am trying to figure out how to reduce the big hit tackle from the AI while still increasing the defensive intensity so that there are only rare 1 player struggle try with defense standing around watching, because I like to turn up the defense intensity slider, but also increase the effectiveness of the sidestep and fend and hitups, to counter the stronger defense. But I am wondering if more aggressive defense means the AI is more effective at big hits. It shouldn’t because there is a specific slider for big hits, and big hit ball spills.

Been trying to play a custom league coach career mode and when I get in I set my lineup for my team and go into a game and the lineup is not what I made it, it just uses the base one that is already set when I first get into the career mode.

Been experiencing a glitch with goal kicking, drop outs and kick offs where the line loops crazily rather than in the direction of the wind, so the kick goes all over the place. Only seems to be happening since the latest patch for me.
AI still only using subs 1 and 2 and none of the others, hasn’t been rectified in months or at all.
Fix this up Big Ant.
