As one of the most crucial visual elements in sports titles, these effects hold significant importance, especially when considering the inclusion of subcontinental stadiums in the game (for visual representation of smog). While I understand that disclosing specific details about Cricket 24’s development might not be possible, it is worth noting that once volumetric lightning effects are successfully integrated into the game’s engine, they could potentially be utilized in other sports titles being developed by Big Ant Studios. This advancement could have a far-reaching impact, enhancing the overall gaming experience across various games in BA’s portfolio and is one of the most necessary inclusion for any sports title. Needless to say the same has already been introduced in other sports titles such as fifa in the year 2016.

Please add licensed ICC tournaments: ODI World Cup, T20 World Cup, Champions Trophy, and World test championship in Career mode. If we select the Asia team, please add the Asia Cup too.

- Add sledging. like batter faces a short ball and leaves it. and the bowler provoking him to play that shot. making aggressive eye to eye contact
- Add bus scenes team deboarding from the bus and getting into stadiums.
- Fascinating crowd by waving flags(Like FIFA) and enjoying while batter hits for boundary or bowler takes wicket
4)Add new batting stances of legendary players Ricky ponting, sachin, brian lara, Kevin pietersen etc. and current Fab 5 stances Root,smith,williamson,Kohli,babar.
- Add new bowling actions The famous Mitchel johnson ashes series 2013, dale steyn, glenn mcgrath, shoaib akhtar, etc.
- reverse wing ball option Add one more delivery that is the reverse option which is enabled after 40-50 overs. not from the first over. generally the reverse comes after the ball gets old. and usually the ball gets old between 40-50 over.
- Cinematic replays
- add declartion scene. captain calling back players to the dressing room by whistling or with hands movement.

One crucial aspect to ensure is that the transition of cut scenes must be exceptionally smooth. For example, a batsman should commence celebrating from halfway of the pitch when he is on 99 and certain that he will achieve his century or for eg. during a situation when he is running the winning run. Only after this celebration cut scene should commence (this should be aligned with the emotional intelligence discussed in the aforementioned post, for eg. the batsman should refrain from celebrating when their team is losing etc). In cricket 22 the batsman completes the run in situations like above mentioned and suddenly the winning celebration starts thereby breaking the immersion and making the game look very unrealistic. Needless to say such elements shall be introduced in all the three departments of the game… @JNT_BA

Not comparing but this really look awesome… inspiration can be taken for volumetric lightning,jersey hair and boundary flap physics and grass from the FC 24 match day experience trailer…here are some pictures from the trailer

Just 2 Months Away For Cricket 24 To Release And No Trailer No Screenshot Nothing Has Came Out From BA @JNT_BA and @RossSymons Firstly they were giving us some clues of stadiums and teams but now nothing the makers have been underground about telling any information further of the game and if the game was willing to release on June before ashes that means the development was started and was in final stage but no information means no expectations from makers and what is the marketing team doing or they don’t have.

In terms of gameplay, a valuable and necessary addition that could enhance the simulation is the implementation of bat weight variations. Creating a category of heavier bats that increase shot power by a certain degree, but simultaneously reduce a batsman’s timing and precision, would add an interesting dynamic to the game. @JNT_BA @RossSymons

Injuries may be introduced in the game along with proper animations wrt point of injury which shall reduce batsman ability to run if it’s a leg injury or reduce power and concentration, batsman may even be retired hurt @JNT_BA

Let alone FC24, even dream cricket 24’s trailer look promising despite it being a mobile game…it appears that there is an element of volumetric lightning although in limited sense as it is a mobile game, animations look good and are plenty in number …I really hope BA Cricket 24 does well in all the departments and make full use of the next gen console…for graphical elements and animations…
